OPEN YOUR PATIO DOOR TO PARADISE!! Come relax at our home-away-from-home. Since we love to visit Peñasco as often as possible, we try to provide everything to have a great getaway! This is an “owner used” condo, so you know when YOU visit, it will always be up-to-date and taken care of.

We are just steps away from Sandy Beach so you can watch the dolphins frolic from the balcony or water’s edge! Or, you can lay back by the beautiful pool and swim up to the bar for a drink while you breath the salty air and enjoy the ocean views. The Sun also offers a convenience store, sports bar, ultra-modern gym, heated pool in winter, pool bar with water seats and dry seating area, tennis court, and BBQ grills.

Bedroom–King size bed with pillow top mattress, brand new 40″ flat screen internet-ready tv. Closet holds a roll-away bed which can fit in the bedroom or living room. Extra blankets and pillows provided.

Living Room–Brand new leather love seat and sofa (which pulls out to a Queen bed). Entertainment center with huge, internet-ready tv. Bring your X-Box!

Kitchen–Feel like dining in? Full size fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher (detergent provided), toaster, coffee pot (we supply filters too!), pots and pans and a commercial blender for all your frozen margaritas! We also supply cooking spray, salt/pepper, and garlic powder.

Balcony–Awesome view overlooking the pool area and beach! Table and chairs for four.

Misc–Hairdryer, makeup mirror, washer and dryer (laundry soap provided), 5-gallon (purified) water cooler, soaps and paper products all provided and replenished during your stay.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
