East 112 sits on the grassy lawn an the center of the Sonoran Sea Resort. This puts you as close as possible to the sparkling Sea pools, swim up bar, and sandy Beach beyond.

The patio is home to a great dining table with comfortable stuffed seating for 6. The whole is right there. East 112 has a recent remodel with an stylish interior that stands out from most other condos. Main living area details include dark wood for the entertainment center, along with sea shells and glass figures. The large TV sits opposite a colorful L shaped sofa and hassock. The wall behind this has natural brick, which is a nice touch and very unusual to find here. There is also a glass topped dining table that seats 2.

The kitchen stands out because of the extra large counter top, turning a small kitchen into a place that is quite comfortable to use. 2 upholstered high back chairs are found here. The cabinets are dark wood as in the rest of the unit, with bevelled glass for a sophisticated feel. Stylish drop lighting completes the picture. All appliances, cups, dishes, pans, etc can be found here. A nice touch is the Keurig coffee machine with included coffee pods. A washer and dryer are found in the attached utility room.

A large, inviting King sized Bed is found in the bedroom. Details here include a Large TV and dresser, stylish wood blinds on the window, and lots of colorful pillows. This room accesses the bathroom through it’s own door. Here you will find a shower with a large shower head, a marble topped vanity with mirror.

Through out the unit there is rich earth toned tile, and ceiling fans in both rooms.
