Its not only a fun view but it is also a very relaxing space and with easy access to shared tennis courts, outdoor pools and hot tubs! Its simply perfect!

Solare Tower located on Bahia Mar is a very unique property because it offers fun for all the family, not only does it have two large pools with hot tubs and tennis courts but it also has a playground for your littles and a very large garden area with walking trails for them to run around safely! One of the best features is the beach deck, you can enjoy being between the ocean and the pool while reading a great novel or simply relaxing under the sun. Its conveniently located and is also one of the largest properties on the island. The beach is within easy walking distance and you will actually enjoy the walk inside the property very much.

The condo is very bright and has floor to ceiling windows that make it feel so open and elegant its beyond enjoyable. This condo features modern furniture and décor, its impecable. You will love the breezy feel. Enjoy your gatherings in the social area which includes a dining, living and kitchen area, it is perfect to entertain!

All three meals are very easy to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen that includes all the cooking utensils you’re used for cooking, stainless steel appliances, blender, coffeemaker it is just like home! Even doing the dishes wont be a task since the kitchen also has a dishwasher. To make cooking even more enjoyable, four may sit at the breakfast bar while they help prepare or simply join in for good company. Its also great for morning coffee and pancakes. Dining table sits 8 so you will enjoy great after meal conversations for sure.

Enjoy a cold beverage on the balcony while watching the property gardens and pool or maybe a hot coffee during the morning. In the afternoon enjoy a colorful sunset or both while you relax outside. If you feel like staying in, relax in the living area binge watch your favorite tv cable programing to escape the sun for a bit. Enjoy cable TV or stream on high speed internet or maybe just rest for a while.

The unit has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms making everyone feel right at home. Master bedroom features a king-size bed. Second bedroom is furnished with two full beds and the third bedroom is equipped with another king bed. If you like to pack light, a private washer/dryer lets you take care of your laundry so you don’t run out of fresh clothes. That makes thing easier!

Enjoy some swim time in one of the two shared pools, or relaxing in the hot tubs, or down by the sea. You might even want to try some water sports! The tennis courts are also a great option to practice sports on property, make sure you pack your rackets!

This condo is really a perfect option for a family trip or for a couple of families traveling together. As for South Padre Island, it is a great destination for a beach getaway for so many reasons. First of all it has perfect weather, tons of fishing, miles of shore, many water activities, an amazing water park and great options to eat and go out for fun.

• Maximum occupancy limit: 8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs or cats.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
