One of your favorite places on the property will be our beautiful huge beach deck, a place where you can relax and disconnect while getting some vitamin D, enjoy the beach activity, work or read a good book. The beach is a couple of steps down the beach deck and off to the water if you feel like going for an ocean dive. The deck is that one spot where you are not on the beach but feels as if you were its perfect. The property has plenty of amenities for everyone, starting with two crystal clear large pools with hot tubs, tennis courts, a playground, walking trails, grill area a gym and much more.

HOUSE RULES:

• Maximum occupancy limit: 6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs or cats.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
