This a very convenient and relaxing set up for anyone who enjoys a quick walk to the pool or a relaxing afternoon staring at a peaceful view. Natural sunlight invades the condo with the most amazing cozy feel that simply wraps you up. The social area is nice and big to enjoy a good time with friends and family or a good game. Its homeward bound.

This condo is not only conveniently located but it is also only a quick 3 min walk to the beach, the walk is also a very pleasant one since you go through beautiful green gardens and pass by the pools. The beach deck is amazing! Its large and you can relax for hours and hours, tan, read, work or simply stare at the endless ocean.

This spacious two-level condo includes ideal features for your getaway. Enjoy three balconies, a large living room for you to enjoy your favorite programs and games, conversations, play games you name it, it is meant for quality time. Each bedroom has its own TV. Oh, and the master suite bedroom located upstairs has its own private balcony. Perfect! The kitchen is fully equipped, so be ready to cook away!

BBQ the catch of the day on the grill while enjoying your loved ones, enjoy a walk down the beautiful walking trails located on the property. Kids will love the playground, the pools, the gardens and the whole family will love the beach deck! Solare-Bahia Mar offers plenty of options for the entire family to enjoy. If you like tennis you can pack your rackets and enjoy a match on one of our two tennis courts. The property has two amazing large pools each with a hot tub and gardens for days. This is one of the biggest properties on the island and security is right on point! You will simply love the privacy it offers, its perfect!

Long walks by the ocean or by the bay are also strongly recommended.

Enjoy all the restaurant options, the food on the island is always fresh and offers a wide variety of options. Do cross the bridge to Port Isabel where you will find fresh prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo too.

• Maximum occupancy limit: 8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option.
• The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs or cats .
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
