Breath taking views are yours year round in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 5th floor of the ocean front Sonoran Sky Resort. This condo will accommodate up to 4 guests. The suite is painted in a creamy yellow with terracotta accent walls. It is tastefully decorated in teals, gold, and brown. There is AC available with ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all cookware, dishes, spice rack, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and 5 gallon water cooler. Stunning details include granite countertops and back splash, dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, wet bar and beautiful Mexican hand blown glass pendent lights.

The attractive living room has a sofa, love seat, a cream and gray high back chair to relax on while you watch one of the suites available DVD’s or cable on the 54in TV with blue ray player. Or enjoy your personal downloaded music on the Audio Bar sound system with blue tooth capability. Huge slide by windows allow the living room to open up onto the patio, with an outdoor wet bar, and incredible ocean and city lights view.

The dining area has a counter height table for 6. The table is brown and has a Hacienda appearance. The chairs have high backs and padded seats. There are 2 additional matching chairs at the breakfast bar. Or take your meals out doors to the large patio where you will find a round powder coated cast iron table, with cushioned seating for 6, plus a loveseat, 2 chairs and coffee table to enjoy an evening cocktail or glass of wine.

Each guest room has been tastefully decorated. Both master and guest room have extra comfortable king size euro top gel mattress. The master bedroom has a 42in TV, blue ray player, and private bath with double sinks, step in rain shower, jacuzzi tub, and blow dryer for your use. There is a large closet, dresser, night stands and clock available for your use. The guestroom comes with a 39in TV, large closet, dresser, nightstands, and clock. The guest bathroom is directly next to the guest bedroom and is fitted with a single sink, large step in rain shower, and blow dryer.

This suite comes with a full size front load washer and dryer, plenty of storage, games, DVD’s, and spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez! So bring your own beach towels and come stay in this beautiful Sonoran Sky condo!

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
