Something is enchanting about this grand, four-bedroom end-cap condominium at the Sonoran Sky Resort.

Called Sky 210, this sumptuous space rests on the second floor above the pools and grounds of Sonoran Sky Resort. It is an excellent location to enjoy the feel of Sandy Beach, and the first-class amenities of this stand out destination resort.

First, the entrance hall is capped with a recessed dome, with beveled glass by the front door. This hall is where you access the guest bedroom, guest bath, and the 2nd and third master bedrooms. Both of these have their private bathrooms, one with a garden tub.

The master bedroom offers a great connection to the ocean, with its own private sliding glass door access to the immense patio. The master bathroom has a garden tub, and separate shower, intricate travertine tile work. There is a beautifully made arch covered double vanity here as well.

All bedrooms offer high quality, comfortable beds, and furnishings. All are king, except for one bedroom featuring the option of 2 twin beds.

The main living area radiates charm, with extensive sliding glass doors forming a long wall. Bringing the ocean right into the unit, this design makes the most of the nearby ocean.

A large sectional sofa sits comfortably at the center, with a large screen TV mounted nearby. An excellent kitchen is full of light and has a large granite counter that becomes the real center of activity. All high-end appliances and everything needed for a brief or extended stay can be found here.

The patios of Sky 210 wraps around two sides of the condominium. This makes for a great place for entertaining. Excellent views of the beach and ocean beyond. Jacuzzi is not for renters use.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).

Facilities
