Spectacular views galore from this 2-bedroom, 2-bath spacious suite located on the 12th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort. This unit is surrounded in neutral hues of tan and white with dark ceiling molding emphasizing the drop ceilings throughout. The living room is furnished with ornate, large pieces of furniture. The sofa is a 3-cushion, rich dark leather, with a matching love seat and coffee table. The sofa also folds out to make a comfortable queen-size bed. Under the sofa ensemble is a gold red and ivory hue area rug, which plays beautifully off the neutral tones.

Behind the sofa is a very large ornate mirror and above the sofa area is a ceiling fan. Across from the sofa is a large entertainment center with a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD. The sofa is arranged so that you can enjoy watching TV or take in a beautiful sunset from inside the suite. The dining table is a combination of dark and light wood, it is square and seats six. The chairs have dark leather seats with lovely cloth back rests. The kitchen is spacious with a built in oven and microwave. All the appliances are stainless steel and everything you could imagine to create a gourmet meal is at your fingertips.

The kitchen also has a wet bar and breakfast bar which seats three. The bar chairs match the dining chairs with leather seats and fabric back rests. The counter tops and back splash are granite, and there is plenty of prep area and storage in the kitchen. Down the hallway is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and storage area. The master bedroom has a very decorative four-poster king size bed carved out of a light birch wood. There is a matching dresser and two lovely night tables. There is also a tan leather chaise by the terrace door. Above the dresser is a large flat screen TV. The bedding is a pastel colored duvet with complimenting throw pillows in hues of peach, turquoise, ivory and sea-foam green. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity with spacious storage below, large mirror and excellent lighting. The shower is built in with a glass door. The large closet in the master bedroom has double sliding mirror doors. Open your terrace doors at night and allow the sounds of the sea to gently lull you off to sleep. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, dresser, night table and flat screen TV. There is a guest bath in the hallway that also has a shower. The patio doors all open out onto the terrace. There is a large table that seats six, a wet bar with two bar stools and two chaise lounge chairs. This is where you will spend most of your time. Enjoy the salty sea breeze, along with the gentle sounds of the water swirling along the sand and those incredible Rocky Point sunsets. What more could you ask for. This is paradise.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
