This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom second floor unit located oceanfront at the Sonoran Sun Resort located in the heart of Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. This unit can accommodate 5 guests. (2 adults and 3 children ages 12 and under) The resort has many amenities such as a swim up bar, three pools including a children’s pool. The adult pool is HEATED in winter. There is a family hot tub as well as an adult hot tub, business center with computers, state of the art fitness center, a restaurant and a convenience store. This is one of the most popular ocean front resorts in Rocky Point.
The living room has a leather sofa and a matching leather chair. The sofa folds out into a comfortable queen size bed for two additional guests. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo system housed inside the entertainment center.
There are ceiling fans throughout the condo along with central air and heat (for winter guests). You should know that this unit has free telephone service (call anywhere in the U.S.,Canada and Mexico )cable and wireless Internet. The living room has a sliding glass double door that opens up to a private 2nd floor terrace with panoramic ocean views. The terrace has a glass table with four matching chairs.
The kitchen features granite counter tops. The appliances include a built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove and refrigerator. There are also small counter top appliances; toaster, blender and a coffee maker. There is coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided by the owners to make your stay more comfortable. You can find everything necessary to cook and entertain in the pantry, drawers and cabinets, including pots and pans, plates and silverware. Additional seating at the breakfast bar is available for a quick snack.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size four-poster bed. A 28 inch flat screen TV and DVD combination is on the dresser. There is a combination tub / shower, which is covered with a shower curtain. A twin size rollaway is stored in the closet for the fifth guest.
An apartment size washer/dryer is in the condo for your convenience with laundry detergent provided.
This condo has all the amenities you will need to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with a relaxing stay in SE 211 of the Sonoran Sun.
Remember that the resort is nonsmoking and that this unit is limited to 2 adults plus 3 children age 12 and under.
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM
EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.
LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.
EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.
LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
