The Sonoran Sun is one of the most luxurious resorts on Sandy Beach. The gateway to the resort towers is a Mexican Colonial style Zocolo, or courtyard. This central area is where you will find Emiliano’s Restaurant and Bar, the fitness center, and convenience store. Available amenities include a swim up bar, 3 pools, Jacuzzis, and BBQ grills. Unique in Rocky Point, the Resort boasts a tennis court and the only Tesla charging station in the state of Sonora.

Interior details
This condo can sleep 6 people; 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room of this condo has been furnished with a dark leather sofa and two complimenting cream colored leather arm chairs. The room has a lovely tropical shadow box hung on the wall behind the sofa, a coffee table, end tables and a media cabinet. If you are looking to entertain you and your family at the unit use the TV with DVD player and a stereo. Don’t worry about Wi-Fi or TV cables since the unit has that for free. You can access the balcony through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The dining room is furnished with a table that seats 6. Cook dinner in the kitchen that is made of oak wood cabinets, granite counter tops and white on white appliances. The only thing you have to worry about is bring enough food and drinks for your whole stay. Enjoy breakfast in the kitchen bar with matching stools.

The first bedroom is enormous and is furnished with a king size wood framed bed that has a red and green tropical themed bed spread. The room has a matching suite of furniture that includes two lighted bed side tables, dresser, chaise and an arm chair. Walk out through your own private balcony doors, out to the terrace. Relax in the main bathroom that has a walk in shower, large vanity sink and a commode. The guest bedroom has a dark wood framed bed with a very intricately carved head board and cream floral patterned bedding. The room comes with a large double door closet, bed side table and a dresser. Access to the guest bathroom either from the guest bedroom or the hallway, on it you would find a single vanity sink with a large mirror, and walk in shower. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table, 6 dining chairs, and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Breathe in the salty air while you delight your view watching the Sea of Cortez. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with all the comfort and luxury in this condo. Rocky Point is waiting for you!

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
