This is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse on the 10th floor of the Sonoran Sun. The Sonoran Sun is located on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. This penthouse can sleep 6 people very comfortably. The Resort has many amenities like restaurants, convenience store, spa, bars, pools, swim up bar, Jacuzzi and so much more. In this unit, you will not be bothered by the noise from above – because you are at the top when you stay here!

Beautiful views and great furnishings

The living room of this unit has been furnished with 2 dark brown shiny leather sofas and a matching chair. The room has matching end tables and an entertainment unit. Inside the entertainment unit you will find a large flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. You should also know that this penthouse has wireless internet, Vonage phone line and satellite. The dining room has a large brown wood table with seating for 6. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with light colored granite counter tops and a matching back splash. The kitchen has all major appliances like a built in microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove and refrigerator. You will also have small counter top appliances like a coffee maker, blender, toaster and many more. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining has been provided in the pantry, drawers and cup boards. There is even a breakfast bar with stools beneath if you need additional guest seating.

The master bedroom has a king size bed on a dark wood bed frame. The bedding is a piercing blue striped set with a few accent pillows in between. There are tables on both sides of the bed with a dresser and a TV and DVD player. There are also two sliding glass doors off the master bedroom that open to the beautiful ocean view terrace. The master bathroom has dark wood cabinets, marble counter tops and a double sink vanity. There is a glass block shower and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub fit for two. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with a black wrought iron and wood bed frame. The walls are painted yellow and green which compliment the geometric blue bedding set. You will enjoy a TV and DVD player in the room for watching the news or late night movies. The 2nd bathroom in the hall has a single sink vanity and glass door enclosed shower. The bathroom has plenty of storage and counter space. There is also a hid-a-way queen size bed in the closet that can sleep two more guests. All towels and linens are provided in closet as well.

The terrace is the highlight of this penthouse. You will have dining for up to 10 guests. The terrace is extended so that you may entertain many guests for hours on end. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
