You’ll never get enough of the views of Big Redfish Lake, Point Washington Forest, and Redfish Village’s resort-style pool from the oversized balcony. Plus, Redfish Village is one of the few resorts in the area that enjoys private beach access with private bathrooms and beach chair and umbrella service (two chairs and one umbrella are provided complimentary for this condo March through October 2021 – check-in is required each morning with the service provider) located a short 350-yard walk from your front door.

The owners recently painted every square inch of the condo a beautiful alabaster white and redecorated almost every piece of furniture and artwork. The kitchen looks brand new with stylish and contemporary glass tile backsplash. Stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and plenty of space to move around will help anyone channel their inner chef in no time. Feel free to use one of the three high-end commercial gas grills located by the pool. The open-concept floor plan combines the kitchen, the living room, and the dining area together, so you can easily be social with your family or friends. There’s nothing better than kicking back and relaxing in the living area after a delicious lunch, right? The living room boasts comfortable seating near a new, large flatscreen TV, creating the perfect spot to relax before heading out to the beach or the resort-style pool. If you come home too tired after spending the day strolling around Santa Rosa Beach, you can take advantage of the shared hot tub and relax your tired muscles. Located nearby are Grayton Beach (two and a half miles), Watercolor, Seaside (both less than four miles), and Sandestin (eight miles). Private beach access and bathrooms are just 350 yards away, so you better pack your best swimsuit and flip-flops! Dining options abound nearby and along 30A in case you don’t feel like staying in and cooking. Less than half a mile away is the Point Washington State Forest – the hiking trails are phenomenal here. Or, drive 10.5 miles west to get your daily shopping fix at Silver Sands Outlets!
