This condo lets you enjoy the breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets of Banderas Bay with privacy, it is housed in the 5-star, gated, beach front development, Playa Royale; a private residence within the Paradise Village community.

This elegant and casual condo has a lot of space for the whole family, it features:

A bedroom suite with personal access to terrace and outdoor living space. This suite includes a bathroom with a beautifully lit vanity, shower, as well as ample storage space and cable TV. A second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, full bathroom and cable TV. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 full beds, full bathroom and cable TV.

Spacious and open indoor living space and kitchen that connects to outdoor living space with barbecue grill.

A washer and dryer, wi-fi, all linens, towels, kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster & blender), dinner/cookware and available cleaning service.

Guests at Playa Royale have private access to the beach (umbrellas and seating areas provided) , 2 swimming pools (heated during the winter), 2 jacuzzis and a children’s splashing pool. Also Grill & palapa areas for picnics.

Arrive whenever you like! Playa Royale is happy to provide 24-hour security, check-in and concierge services to meet all your needs. The concierge will be made aware of your arrival, introduce you to all the areas in the complex, set up your sports complex or golf passes, and take care of any needs during your stay. Each building in the Playa Royale property has its own lobby with seating areas and art & book collections.

• Maximum occupancy limit: 8 (including children).
• Guest are required to wear wristbands and must provide ID upon check-in.
• No outside guests are allowed on the property.
• No pets
• Smoking is not allowed in any area, common or private, of the Playa Royale complex.
• Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
• Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during entire stay.
• Silence after 11:00pm
