This wonderfully upgraded Mainsail unit has a new contemporary flair and a gorgeous coastline view from a private sixth-floor balcony. The living area has a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, mirrored walls, and nicely tiled floors. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, upgraded full-size appliances, and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, pine furniture, a TV, and a DVD player. The balcony is located just off of both the living room and the master bedroom for incredible sights of the sparkling blue/green waters. There is a dining table for six, three bar stools, and patio furniture for plenty of seating.

Parking Notes: PARKING PASSES are issued at guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed. Please do NOT park in the owners parking spaces if you are not an owner. Vehicles NOT displaying a parking pass are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

No boats or trailers are allowed on Mainsail property.

No golf carts, scooters, or skateboards are allowed on Mainsail property.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.
