This beautifully elegant two bedroom unit at Mainsail has a wonderful Gulf view from a private eighth-floor balcony. You will enjoy the comfortable and contemporary style of this condominium. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, a loveseat, two chairs, a nice round dining set to seat six, and three bar stools. The master bedroom has a crisp upgraded look with a king bed, custom bedding, dark wood furniture, and access to the gulf side balcony. The guest bedroom features two nice twin beds, cozy white bedding, and carpeted floor. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs and DVD players for your entertainment.

Parking Notes: PARKING PASSES are issued at guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed. Please do NOT park in the owners parking spaces if you are not an owner. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

NO boats or trailers are allowed on Mainsail property.

No golf carts, scooters, or skateboards are permitted on Mainsail property.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.
