You’ll quickly get used to watching the sun sparkle on the water over the tops of the palm trees from the second-floor, three-bedroom villa.
Condo Peonia opens to a spacious terrace with lounging and dining areas and panoramic ocean views. Just downstairs, you’ll find a shared pool and with the beach only a few more steps beyond. For everyone’s comfort and convenience, the air-conditioned, wheelchair-accessible villa has Wi-Fi and laundry facilities.
Bold modern furnishings, bright colors and beautiful natural textures make the villa’s interiors both memorable and inviting. The open-plan great room opens to the terrace via a fold-away glass wall, so the space feels like one large indoor-outdoor living area. Pale stone floors and a wood-beamed ceiling are a neutral backdrop for slipper sofas with turquoise pillows, a sea blue rag rug and curvy white Masters dining chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the rest of the great room and features a practical breakfast bar.
All three bedrooms at Condo Peonia have en-suite bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed and jetted tub, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. If you need extra space or are traveling with children, you’ll appreciate the additional bedroom with a bunk bed and its own bathroom.
Plan to fly into Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, 26 miles away. Once you’ve arrived, you’ll barely need to put on sandals for the 1-minute walk from the villa to the closest beach club. It’s also just a 3-minute golf cart ride to restaurants in the community, tennis courts and the nearest golf course. If you’d like to see more of the area, take a day trip or plan a night out in Sayulita Village, 10.5 miles away, or downtown Puerto Vallarta, 27 miles away.
