The lovely master bedroom features a double bed, desk, safe, television, and ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and tub. The guest suite also has a double bed, television desk, and safe, while its private bathroom has a stand-alone shower. In both rooms, the bed can be converted into two twin-size beds.
As guests at the Christiania, you’ll enjoy access to the building’s private gym as well as the massage room (in-chalet spa services are at extra cost). There is also a large ski room on the building’s ground floor, allowing an easy transition to and from your adventure on the mountain.
From the front door of the Christiania, you’re an easy walk to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, as well Klein Matterhorn and Sunnega lift stations. Matterhorn Glacier Paradise is famous for its truly sublime views of the highest peaks in Switzerland, Italy, and France, and offers year-round access to Theodul Glacier; it’s also the starting point for mountaineers scaling the Breithorn. Beyond these high-altitude riches, the chalet places you at the very heart of one of the finest alpine capitals in Switzerland.
