The living room has expansive sliding doors, and the dining area has accordion doors that all open up to the quiet courtyard. Here you find a private plunge pool with a beautiful waterfall, and inviting lounge seating.

The first floor living area also has an ample kitchen with gas stove, large island for casual get togethers, an extra wine fridge, and a hot/cold purified water dispenser. There is a gas fireplace, as well as Satellite TV service. The downstairs master bedroom suite features a Queen bed, private patio access. TV, and a garden tub in the bathroom with double sinks, and a walk in shower.

Upstairs you find the expansive terrace detailed to make for ideal outdoor lounging. Here you will find chaise lounges, large u bench with pillows abound for entertaining, wicker sitting area under the pergola, and a complete BBQ area. Views are across the 9th hole of the golf course to the nearby mountains, and evening views of the sunsets every night.

Upstairs highlights include a master bedroom with enviable views, floating king bed, a private bath with garden tub, double sinks, and a walk in shower. You can leave the windows open to listen to the waves on the beach at night, and the singing of the birds in the morning.

Topping it all off is the tower deck. This is a great, shaded place to take in all that is beautiful about Loreto Bay. With views of the water, Nopolo Punta, the Giganta Mountains, the sunrises and sunsets, plus great place to stargaze at night. It features table seating for 4 under the pergola, and a lounge area in the sun.

There are 2 bikes to ride around town while you enjoy your stay, and a garage area if you decide to rent a golf cart..
