Here you will enjoy a very luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the 5th floor of the Ballena Tower in

Bella Sirena Resort. Bella Sirena is a gated community with 24 hours security guards.

The living room has a regal feel with a circular, recessed mosaic tiled ceiling soffit where the ceiling fan is hung. Beneath the fan is a plush grey sofa.

A lovely wood coffee table sits in front of the sofa, and two wrought iron art deco pieces hang symmetrically above the sofa.

There is a matching TV stand and side tables to give you all the comfort of home. The TV stand holds a TV (Direct TV was installed for greatly improved reception, an increased number of channels, etc.) and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure.

Two sliding glass doors will take you out to the breathtaking view of the ocean with sounds of the waves to watch beautiful, unforgettable sunsets.

The Dining Room has a light wood, rustic round table that seats four. A folding decorative screen has been placed between the living room and dining room to give a sense of separation and privacy.

The Kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops. The Kitchen has black appliances which include refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything needed to create the perfect meal has been provided in the drawers and cupboards. There are a blender and a coffee maker on the kitchen countertop.

Behind the kitchen sink, you will find the breakfast bar that has two high back bar stools with light tan leather seats. The breakfast bar is perfect for reading the paper or for planning out activities for the day.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size wrought iron bed with matching bedside tables and lamps. The comforter is a soft pastel patchwork design with many fluffy pillows. A lovely wrought iron design piece hangs on the wall above the bed.

There are two sliding glass doors that will take you out onto the beautiful patio where you can enjoy many marvelous sunsets.

The Master Bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting. The shower enclosure is made of glass blocks and there is a separate elongated bathtub perfect for soaking the day away. Towels supplied for bath use only, not for beach or pool.

The patio has been furnished as this area is the star of the show. There are two neutral colored lounge chairs, a round dining room table with seating for four, and finally a bar with two matching bar stools. You will not be disappointed with the elegance and splendor of unit B 503.

There is also a washer and dryer provided right in the unit (includes detergent for one load per day, supplied by the maid).

There are 4 pools on grounds, which 2 of these are heated on winter and also 2 Jacuzzis. Charcoal grills by the pools and parking spaces in front of each tower.

There is no restaurant or convenience store, but a few steps are Sonoran Sun resort, where you can find a restaurant and convenience store.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).

Facilities
